Limited 1 Year Warranty
All C4 Off-Road Products come with a limited 1 year warranty, free from manufacturer defects.
The warranty
obligations of C4 Off-Road are limited to the terms set forth below:
What is
Covered
This limited
warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in this product for a
period of 1 year from date of purchase by original purchaser and is not
transferable.
What is Not
Covered
This
limited
warranty does not cover any damage, deterioration or malfunction
resulting from
any alteration, modification, seal tampering (including screw removal),
improper or unreasonable use or maintenance, misuse,
abuse (including road hazards or damage beyond normal wear and tear),
accident, or neglect (including improper installation). This
limited warranty does not cover any damage, deterioration or malfunction
resulting from the installation or removal of this product from any
installation, any unauthorized tampering with this product, or any other
cause
which does not relate directly to a defect in materials and/or
workmanship of
this product. Units
with cracked cases; with damaged or burned circuit boards due to too
high amperage fuse or no fuse being used; units that show signs of
heat/fire damage; or plastic cases that are broken/crushed are not
covered and therefore the warranty is void.
How Long Does
this Coverage Last
This limited
warranty lasts for one (1) year from the date of original purchase of this
product.
Who is
Covered
Only the
original purchaser of this product is covered under this limited warranty. This
limited warranty is not transferable to subsequent purchasers or owners of this
product.
Procedure to file a claim
Email us at warranty@c4offroad.com, to notify us of the issue or concern, along with the purchase order number.
We
will provide you with a authorization number to be sent with the
defective product.
Please include your returned defective product, along with your:
1. Authorization number for return
2. Purchase
order number
3. Claim or issue
4. A telephone number where you can be
reached
The returned defective product must be insured during
shipment, with the insurance and shipping charges prepaid by you. If this product is returned uninsured, you assume all risks of loss or damage during
shipment. C4 Off-Road will not be responsible for any costs related to the
removal or re-installation of this product.
After the item has been inspected and deemed defective, we will provide a replacement or refund.
